DaBaby Sued For Alleged Assault By Home-Owner! DaBaby, whose real name is Jonathan Kirk, is reported to have rented a Runyon Canyon vacation home, and after breaching the lease terms, he is being sued.

According to Variety, the home was rented to DaBaby by the property owner on the condition that a dozen people at maximum would be allowed. When the terms of their agreement were not adhered, the owner of the apartment showed up to stop an ongoing music video shoot.It’s he alleged that property owner was assaulted by the rapper and posse, and his phone taken.

Gary Pagar, the homeowner, aleges DaBaby brought up to 40 people to the house for the shoot violating the rental terms as well as Corona Virus restrictions. As per the lease terms, commercial use of the home is not allowed. In the lawsuit drawn against DaBaby, Pagar claims he was first knocked to the ground by an unknown person when he went to the house in an attempt to end the soiree.

Upon the home owner’s arrival, he found DaBaby reportedly sitting in a vehicle with YouTube star Jake Paul who was a part of the production team. The rapper is said to have chased Pagar into the house, instructing him not to call the police before punching him in the mouth and knocking one of his teeth out.

The 64 year old Pagar also claims further in his complaint that he was also spat on and taunted by the group that was allegedly tossing his phone from one person to the other.

DaBaby and his entourage managed to escape when the police were summoned, leaving behind thousands of dollars worth of damages. As per the suit,DaBaby and his friends also destroyed a security camera to conceal the fact that they had 40 people at the house instead of the agreed 12. They reportedly left with “valuable kitchenware” and Pagar’s phone.
