Kanye Accused Of Trying To Sell Jewelry He Bought For Kim Before She Filed For Divorce

Kanye Accused Of Trying To Sell Jewelry He Bought For Kim Before She Filed For Divorce! A report by Mirror has revealed that Kanye West tried to sell expensive jewelry he had bought for his wife Kim Kardashian West just days before she filed for divorce. The reality TV star, 40, pulled the plug on their marriage last week when she filed for divorce from the rapper. And now Kanye West is apparently seeking to get a refund on some of the expensive bling he bought for his estranged wife in what appears like a desperate attempt not to be reminded of the past.

“In the last two weeks Kanye was attempting to sell jewelry he had purchased for Kim to at least two top jewelers,” a source told The Sun.

“His friends knew it was over at that point. He really wanted to stay together but she was done,” the source added.

“Kanye recently said, ‘I don’t want to be connected to the Kardashian brand anymore’ but he was so torn because he still very much loves Kim. Although he never ended up selling the jewellery he was talking about how he didn’t want to be reminded of the past.”

Though it’s being touted to be an amicable divorce, it looks as though there is more than meets the eye as a source close to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians Star says she had strong feelings about Kanye West’s cooperation in the marriage.

“There is no drama between Kim and Kanye. Kim is mostly just disappointed that they couldn’t figure out how to stay married,” a source told People.

“But it takes two people to create a happy marriage. Kim has felt Kanye is not willing to do the hard work and compromise.”

Kim Kardashian and the Grammy award-winning rapper tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Italy back in 2014. The pair then went on to welcome four children together; daughter North, 7, son Saint, 5, daughter Chicago, 2, and one-year-old son Psalm.
