Unreleased Kendrick Lamar Songs Leak Online as “Grand National” Tour Thrives

Several unreleased Kendrick Lamar songs have surfaced online, igniting a wave of reactions across social media. Among the leaks are two tracks, “OD” and “Trouble Me,” both reportedly recorded in 2018. According to reports, Kendrick later sent the songs to Rihanna after deciding not to use them himself.

Another leaked track, “Public Enemy,” features English artist Bakar. Additionally, reference versions of Baby Keem songs from The Sound of Bad Habit sessions—titled “So What” and “Opinions”—have also appeared online. These reference tracks, believed to have been written or co-written by Kendrick, have quickly become a major topic of discussion among fans.

On Reddit, users have praised the leaked Baby Keem material, claiming the early versions surpass the final studio releases. “Unironically this sounds way better than the published version,” one comment reads. Another adds, “Bro this one of my favorite Keem songs ever, no way Kendrick wrote this too.”

The timing of the leaks coincides with Kendrick’s ongoing Grand National world tour. The Los Angeles rapper is currently performing across South America, wrapping up this leg with a show at Estadio Monumental David Arellano in Macul, Chile. His performances in Bogotá, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires have drawn huge crowds and glowing reviews.

In late September, Kendrick performed at Mexico City’s GNP Seguros Stadium, delivering one of his most celebrated shows to date. The concert sold out, with over 65,000 fans in attendance. Argentine duo CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso joined him on stage, adding a regional flavor to the event. Photos and videos from the night flooded social media, highlighting the massive turnout and high energy of the show.

Following his Chile performance, Kendrick plans to take a short break before heading to Australia for the next leg of the Grand National tour. Scheduled stops include Melbourne, Sydney, Newington, Mitchell, Moore Park, and Carrara.

While fans eagerly await official updates on the leaked material, the incident has only strengthened interest in Kendrick’s creative process. His reputation for shaping and influencing younger artists, including Baby Keem, remains unmatched in hip-hop. The leaks have reignited discussions about his extensive vault of unreleased music and the quality of material he keeps private.

As Grand National continues to dominate global stages, Kendrick Lamar proves that his influence extends beyond albums and performances. Even his discarded songs have the power to captivate listeners and reshape conversations in music circles worldwide.
