Nicki Minaj Hints at Collaboration With Pop Star Sabrina Carpenter

Nicki Minaj is teasing a potential collaboration with pop singer Sabrina Carpenter. On Instagram, the Trinidad-born rapper shared Carpenter’s new track, Don’t Worry I’ll Make You My Worry, signaling support for the song.

Vogue executive Sergio Kletnoy responded to the post, writing, “My girls… collab?” Minaj replied simply, “Don’t worry,” hinting that a partnership could be in the works.

Minaj previously expressed admiration for Carpenter, calling her “a breath of fresh air” in a Vogue Italia interview. She said, “A superstar is a superstar, and if you are one, you’ll find a way to shine — with or without social media. I didn’t know she’d been around that long when I started listening to her.”

Recently, Minaj has been active on social media, including a high-profile dispute with former NFL wide receiver Dez Bryant. The disagreement touched on Minaj’s relationship with JAY-Z and Roc Nation and escalated to include references to domestic violence and her husband’s past legal issues.

The feud eventually calmed, with Bryant issuing a public apology on social media. “I really don’t like the misunderstanding we had… I apologize for bringing up your husband’s past,” he wrote. “The last thing I want to do is argue over stupid shit. I pray for only peace and positivity your way.”

Minaj accepted the apology, writing, “The Lord will grant you peace, Dez. Nothing makes me respect somebody more than a public display of accountability. I accept your apology. I apologize as well if I offended you. If you still wanna do that fight lmk… Seriously tho, all the best.”

The public exchange drew attention from other artists, including 50 Cent, who commented on Instagram before deleting the post. He wrote, “WTF going on here. Nikki be blacking out on these people LOL.”

With Minaj now signaling support for Carpenter and hinting at collaboration, fans are anticipating a possible new music project that could bridge hip-hop and pop audiences.
