Cardi B Reveals Alternate Cover To New Single “Up” – New York rapper Cardi B has risen to become one of the biggest rising voices in hip-hop. Back in 2018, when the rapper emerged into the game with her debut album, Invasion Of Privacy, she had no clue what would become of it. Contrary to her expectations and to those of many, the project turned out to be an instant hit and cemented Cardi B as one of the biggest rising voices in hip-hop.
Despite the drought in between since the release of her last album, a project which is critically acclaimed, Cardi B has managed to maintain her superstar status by occasionally dropping singles and by staying active on social media.
Many of her fans have been waiting patiently to see what the rapper has in store for them with her sophomore project. The rapper recently admitted that she’s under pressure from her fans to release her next project. Her sensational hit single “WAP” was stylistic departure from “Bodak Yellow” and “Bartier Cardi”.
Following Cardi’s recent announcement, all is set for her follow-up single “Up” expected to officially drop today, (Friday 5th February). Cardi shared two single covers for the imminent drop. “UP & ITS STUCK CD #2 preorder is live now on my website,” she writes, hinting at the context behind why it’s titled “Up.” She wrote on Instagram.
