Kodak Black Launches Lawsuit Against Prison As He Claims To Be Tortured And Mistreated. Rapper Kodak Black who is currently serving time in prison seems to be having a hard time during his sentence. Kodak has now launched a lawsuit against the prison he is held in as he claims to be unfairly treated and abused.
Kodak Black has now had enough with the prison system, the rapper has been facing battle with the prison he is held in which is Kentucky prison. His battle with the prison began earlier when the rapper was abused by prison correctional officers. Another issue came up when he said the prison is refusing him to see his Rabbi, while other inmates were allowed to meet up with their religious leaders.
According to new news reports that rapper has now decided to file for a lawsuit against the prison due to the accumulation of physical and emotional abuse cases. he has specifically filed the lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of prisons and the director of Big Sandy where he is currently serving his sentence.
Reports have also stated that the “Dying To Live” rapper was transferred to the high security Kentucky prison following a violent confrontation in the previous prison where he was held at Miami prison. Since Kodak arrived in Kentucky he has now been facing routine abuse, and it has went as far as being denied bathroom access for 6 hours. The rapper ended up having self-defecation and urination.
Kodak has also been humiliated by the prison guards who have left him in his underwear. The rapper still thinks more worse things are to be done to him so thus he has resulted in suing the prison. The Florida rappers teams now demands the rapper to be moved to a prison with lower security and he demands for damage fees to be payed for what he has endured. His team are just fighting for the raper to be treated fairly during his sentence.
