Daz Dillinger Targets Snoop Dogg and Death Row on Upcoming Album Retaliation, Revenge And Get Back 3

Family ties don’t always guarantee peace, and that seems to be the case with cousins Daz Dillinger and Snoop Dogg. The Long Beach legends are once again at odds, according to Daz. He recently announced his new album Retaliation, Revenge And Get Back 3, which is set to drop on September 11, 2025. Judging by his announcement, the project will take aim at both Snoop and Death Row Records.

“FUC DEATHROW RECORDS SINCERELY YOURS CUZZN DAZ,” he wrote on Instagram, posting an image of a Death Row Records logo riddled with bullet holes. He followed it with another message: “SNOOP KNIGHT NEW ALBUM Retaliation, Revenge, and Get Back 3 9-11-25 on all platforms F**KEM.”

The post quickly raised eyebrows. Fans questioned whether the entire album would be filled with disses aimed at Snoop and the label he now controls. While details remain unclear, the announcement adds another chapter to their long-running feud.

Their issues go back decades. Snoop helped bring Daz into the industry and onto Death Row in the early 1990s, but their relationship has been strained at various points. More recently, disputes over royalties and contributions to classic records reignited tensions. Daz has long expressed frustration over what he sees as a lack of recognition for his role in shaping Death Row’s sound.

Snoop acquired Death Row Records in 2022, which appeared to worsen the situation. Daz has openly voiced skepticism over Snoop’s handling of the label, and his latest announcement makes it clear that bitterness still lingers.

Meanwhile, Snoop has faced his own controversies in recent months. His critical comments about a lesbian couple featured in Pixar’s Lightyear sparked backlash online. While some fans thought he had posted an apology on Instagram, his team later clarified that the supposed response was fake.

Adding to the tension, Suge Knight also weighed in on Daz in a recent prison interview with The Art of Dialogue. The former Death Row CEO criticized him but also acknowledged some of the difficulties he endured during his time with the label. Even that mixed assessment hasn’t softened Daz’s stance toward Death Row.

Whether Retaliation, Revenge And Get Back 3 turns out to be a full diss album or a mix of broader themes, the buildup has already created heavy speculation. With its scheduled September 11 release, fans will soon find out how far Daz is willing to go in calling out Snoop, Suge, and Death Row Records.

Given their history, it is unlikely this project will put an end to their long-running conflict. Instead, it may only deepen the divide between two family members who once stood side by side at the center of West Coast hip-hop.
