Don Toliver has officially announced his fifth studio album, OCTANE, accompanied by a cinematic black-and-white trailer. Fans have been eagerly waiting for new music since the release of 2024’s HARDSTONE PSYCHO, and the Houston-born artist confirmed that the album is set to drop on January 30. The announcement comes with pre-save options on Spotify and other streaming services, while vinyl, CDs, and merch bundles are available for pre-order on his website.
The rapper has been teasing OCTANE for months. In a July interview with FAULT Magazine, he shared his excitement for the upcoming project, saying, “The part I’m most excited to reveal is my next album, and really, just my future in general. It’s going to be a fun time, and I’m excited for it all.” He also addressed the success of his recent releases, confirming that it doesn’t create added pressure: “No, my current run of hits doesn’t make me feel pressured. And I don’t find it hard to keep experimenting or finding new winning formulas.”
Fans have more to look forward to beyond new music. Don Toliver will headline Rolling Loud 2026 in Orlando, Florida, from May 8 to 10 at Camping World Stadium. He will share the stage with NBA YoungBoy, Playboi Carti, Chief Keef, Pooh Shiesty, Bossman Dlow, EsDeeKid, and others. Three-day tickets start at $249, with more performers to be announced in the coming months.
OCTANE marks a new chapter in Don Toliver’s career, highlighting his continued experimentation with sound and style while setting the stage for one of the most anticipated festival performances of the year. Fans can expect the album to deliver the same signature energy and creativity that has defined his music to date.
