Drake, Yeat, and Julia Wolf Score Big with New Single “DOG HOUSE”

Drake has officially dropped his latest single, “DOG HOUSE,” featuring Yeat and rising singer Julia Wolf. The track has already made a splash on streaming platforms, earning strong numbers within its first 24 hours.
According to Hip Hop All Day, “DOG HOUSE” was the most-streamed rap song on Spotify on Friday, September 12. It debuted on the Global Spotify chart at #41 with 2.29 million first-day streams. While impressive, this opening fell short of Drake’s previous single, “Which One,” with Central Cee, which launched with 3.85 million streams in July.
Despite the comparison, “DOG HOUSE” is showing staying power. The track has maintained daily numbers above one million streams, suggesting it could have a solid run on the Billboard Hot 100. Drake’s last collaboration with Yeat, “IDGAF,” debuted at #2 on the chart, proving the pair’s chemistry is a proven formula for success.
Julia Wolf’s inclusion also adds a new layer to Drake’s sound. The singer’s atmospheric vocals balance Yeat’s distinct delivery and Drake’s signature presence, giving the single broad appeal across different audiences.
Fans are also eyeing the bigger picture. “DOG HOUSE” is part of the rollout toward ICEMAN, Drake’s anticipated ninth studio album. While no release date has been confirmed, the steady pace of singles and content points to an imminent drop.
Outside of official releases, Drake has also been in headlines due to a leaked track. On it, he appears to reference former Toronto Raptors star DeMar DeRozan’s playoff struggles while praising Kawhi Leonard for leading the team to its 2019 NBA title. Drake addressed the leak in a conversation with streamer Adin Ross, saying he does not know who put it out. It remains unclear whether the track will appear on ICEMAN.
For now, “DOG HOUSE” is the focus, and early numbers suggest Drake still commands global attention whenever he steps into the spotlight. With strong streaming momentum and growing anticipation for his next album, the Toronto rapper continues to shape the conversation in hip hop.
