50 Cent and Ja Rule Rekindle Feud Over London Tour Sales and U.K. Ban

Earlier this week, hip hop’s longest-running feud sparked back to life when Ja Rule took to social media to mock longtime rival 50 Cent over alleged slow ticket sales for his “The Final Lap: Legacy Tour” stop in London. In a now-viral post, Ja Rule sarcastically commented on a claim that 50 Cent was offering two tickets for the price of one due to low demand.
“You sure bout that??? Ain’t nobody coming to see you Otis… I mean Curtis,” Ja Rule fired, referencing the classic line from The Temptations movie. The jab quickly caught the attention of 50 Cent, who wasted no time clapping back with a dig of his own.
On July 2, 50 Cent shared a clip to Instagram featuring Ja Rule discussing his inability to enter the United Kingdom. The video was taken from a podcast interview in which Ja Rule admitted he’s been permanently banned from the U.K. due to past legal issues and a violent incident overseas.
“How do you win a fight, if you’re fighting someone who is too stupid to know they lost?” 50 Cent wrote in the caption. “Just keep hitting them till they stop moving.” He also noted that his July 4 performance at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is officially sold out, contradicting the rumors of poor ticket sales.
In the Caviar & Wings podcast appearance, Ja Rule elaborated on his U.K. travel issues. “I’m banned from the U.K. for sure,” he said. “We got into a big brawl, a big fight in the U.K., and people got hurt. So that’s a very good reason.” He further explained that his broader criminal history hasn’t helped his case. “I don’t have a good criminal record here either. So I’m not allowed in the U.K. at all. I probably won’t be able to go back… ever. As of now, it’s never.”
The animosity between 50 Cent and Ja Rule spans more than two decades, beginning in the early 2000s with a series of diss tracks, on-stage confrontations, and personal insults. Over the years, the two have traded barbs about everything from legal troubles and music sales to commercial ventures and career longevity.
Despite the years that have passed, neither artist seems ready to let bygones be bygones. In fact, each new chapter in their ongoing feud only seems to amplify public interest, as fans eagerly watch the drama unfold across social media platforms.
As 50 Cent prepares to hit the stage in London for a sold-out show, and Ja Rule remains locked out of the country, it’s clear that this rivalry still burns hot—and shows no signs of cooling down.
