Little Brother Announces “Curtain Call: The Final Tour”

Little Brother remains one of hip-hop’s most respected yet underrated groups, boasting a stellar discography that has influenced countless artists. Comprised of Phonte and Big Pooh, alongside producer 9th Wonder in their early days, the North Carolina rap duo has always received admiration from dedicated fans. Now, they are set to embark on “Curtain Call: The Final Tour,” a farewell journey that will give audiences one last chance to celebrate their legacy.

Announced on Monday, April 7, the tour will kick off on May 24 in Baltimore, Maryland, and conclude with an epic experience on the Rock The Bells Cruise, sailing from Miami to the Bahamas in late October. While the farewell trek spans multiple months, most of the performances are scheduled for later in the summer.

A Legacy of Timeless Hip-Hop

Little Brother first gained recognition in the early 2000s, blending soulful beats with insightful lyricism that set them apart in the alternative hip-hop scene. Even today, they continue to make waves. In September 2023, the duo dropped “Wish Me Well / Glory Glory,” a two-track release that proved their creative energy remains strong. Though this final tour is bittersweet for longtime supporters, fans are eager to experience their classic sound live once again.

Beyond their group efforts, Phonte has always encouraged fans to explore their catalog, while Big Pooh has remained active in music, releasing a solo project in 2022. Despite the industry’s evolution over the past two decades, their impact has never faded.
