The DJ surprised his fans after announcing the official release date of his much-anticipated 12th studio album Khaled Khaled. The veteran record producer took to Instagram earlier yesterday to also share a behind-the-scenes footage alongside pictures of Kanye West listening to his upcoming album during a recent visit to his studio at home.

The veteran DJ who couldn’t hide his excitement while posting the photos wrote, “KANYE STOPPED BY MY HOUSE AT 8 AM THE OTHER DAY! I DIDNT KNOW HE WAS COMING! HE HAD @chefmelissazuniga make him SOME EGGS WITH KETCHUP AND VEGAN BACON…And we listened to #KHALEDKHALED. You know when you get this expression that it’s sounding AMAZING!”

Needless to say, Kanye’s feature will most certainly get fans even more excited for Khaled Khaled, but there’s more to the DJ’s rare photos than meets the eye. Sharp-eyed fans were quick to notice that Kanye still has his wedding band on despite the fact that Kim Kardashian had filed for divorce from the legendary rapper two months ago.

After close to six years of marriage, Kanye West can’t be faulted for still holding out hope that his relationship with Kim Kardashian will work itself out despite a number of athletes, royals and billionaires reportedly ‘shooting their shots’ at the popular reality TV Star. As per PageSix, West is reportedly setting his sights on dating an “artist and a creative person” so they “can speak the same language to each other,” however, the recent photos from DJ Khaled may suggest otherwise.
