Rick Ross Recounts The Time He Passed Out During S*x, Reveals Why! Rick Ross’s story in which he allegedly fainted during sex has resurfaced on the internet. According to a clip shared by The Source Magazine, in a recently resurfaced 2019 interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood the American rapper recalls the time during which he passed out during sex as a result of drinking lean.

In the video, Ross reveals that when he fainted the lady started screaming because she thought he was dead. It was during an appearance on the Big Boy’s Neighborhood show when the rapper opened up about his addiction to lean – a concoction of cough syrup, hard candy, soda and in some cases, alcohol.

Ross revealed how his addiction to lean got him to a point where he “couldn’t do it anymore.” His addiction was causing him to lose some of his mental abilities. “I had started falling asleep at the red light. I was having sex before, I woke up and the girl was like [screaming and crying],” Rozay revealed as he imitated the frightened woman while everyone burst out in laughter, adding that she had panicked because she thought he had died in the middle of the act.

While sharing the story, Rick Ross also talked about why he has since quit abusing the syrup. Prior to getting his health in order, the rapper suffered seizures that left many people – including his loved ones as well as fans concerned. The rapper reportedly had a seizure while on a flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Memphis back in 2018 causing the pilot to issue an emergency landing.

The good thing is that the rapper has since changed for the better especially after hitting the gym and getting over his addiction in order to improve his health.
