REFORM Alliance which was started by the rappers is now celebrating its first big win. The y now have a set up anew probation law in the state of California and it is gerat achievement for the alliance.
The governor of California Gavin Newsom has now signed a new law that was led by the REFORM organization, The new law is AB 1950 and it will lower the amount of years of probation an adult can get sentenced to. the new maximums has been set as one year of misdemeanors and tow years for felonies. the REFORM team announced the win online thanking Gavin Newsom.
Meek and Hov started REFORM in early 2019, the group is made up of power players that are set to advocate for criminal justice reform. the organization was started after Meek got out of prison.
