Despite the rapper having a single that was bluntly about Black Lives Matter activism and protest movements and his hope to partner with community leaders. Lil Baby now says that he wants to back pot of politic. The rapper shared during a recent magazine interview that he is done with politics.

Lil Baby after dropping his hit “The Bigger Picture” which became the anthem for the Black Lives Matter protest movement ended up being apart of politics as he shared he wanted to use his music to impact people. The rapper does not want to be a part of politics as it seems he has realized that it is atough approach being rapper who is boldly involved in politics.

Despite his songs good reception, Baby now has no interest in taking things further. The rapper shared in a recent interview with GQ magazine that he has decided that politics is not for him. He has attempted to become more involved with politics but he has not realized that he is not well suited for it.

Lil Baby said “The more I’m seeing what’s up with all that sh*t , the more I’m like, let me back off form politics. he further shared that he does not want to become a Malcolm X or Martin Luther King even after he has stuck his nose in major protest movements.

Baby announced on Instagram that he even planned to work with the Atlanta mayor, Keisha Lance Bottoms on police reforms, but now since his change in mind he has deleted the post and is now distancing himself from the politics scene. The rapper has openly spoke about somewhat political issues in his interviews such as when he spoke about police brutality and racism during his Rolling Stone interview. he now wants to part in politics and has decided to distance himself form being too much involved in political affairs.
