Pop Smoke’s Killer’s Charged With Murder: They Are All Teenagers Aged 15 to 19. Justice is closely to be met for the death of New York rapper Pop Smoke. In the suspects who had been held under police custody, the main culprits have been charged with murder and the police have given out details about the suspects.
On Monday reports had been released about 5 suspects who had been held under police custody for the death of ‘Dior’ hitmaker Pop Smoke. Out of the 5 suspects 4 of them are then placed under charges for the murder. The suspects are two adults and two teenagers. the ages of the suspects are between 15 and 19, the youngest is 15 year sold and the eldest is 19 years old.
The names of the suspects had been released on social media by the Los Angeles Police Department Headquarters. The 3 suspects who were named are Corey Walker, Keandre D. Rodgers and Jaquan Murphy. The 15 year old suspect was not named as they are still a minor.
The rappers’ murder took place this year in February 2020. His mentor 50 Cent shared his grieves on Twitter on why it took the police 5 months to find the suspects. He said the police were waiting for his album to drop. The ‘Candy shop’ rapper is still saddened by the death of a young artist who he hoped would one day thrive and achieve many things.
Two of the suspects Walker and Rodgers might be charged with a death penalty after being arraigned and fully charged. The 5th suspect who was held is still kept in police custody and is kept behind bars has be might be linked with gang violence and the killing of another young person.
