Kendrick Lamar Causes Stir After Liking His First Tweet In Over A Year

Kendrick Lamar Causes Stir After Liking His First Tweet In Over A Year! Kendrick Lamar’s fans have been waiting and waiting. Having dropped his last album back in 2017, it’s certainly been a long wait for fans out there. But one hard truth hip-hop fans have come to live with is the fact that there’s a long-term drought  and the missing element is Kendrick Lamar’s music. So much so that it has reached a point where people are so desperate for new Kendrick Lamar music that they’re flocking to Twitter to look out for his “likes” and going absolutely crazy whenever something new pops up.

The prolific rapper has seemingly been busy working behind-the-scenes on his pgLang brand and planning a possible collaboration with Baby Keem among other artists, but his first “like” on Twitter after a long period of time caused a stir on twitter among his fans. Fans have now shifted the narrative and are now theorizing about a possible collaboration with Jack Harlow.

The Kentucky born rapper has proudly been representing his home state  as he rises to stardom. The rapper has had the best year of his professional career as an artist with his songs “WHAT’S POPPIN” and “Tyler Herro”, seeing lots of success and of course not forgetting his debut album That’s What They All Say.

This week, Jack took a trip down the memory lane to show that he’s always been passionate about music as he posted a video of himself rapping when he was a kid. He can be seen spitting some funny bars about not texting his friends back because he’s working on his next record and turning down birthday party invites. Surprising to many, Kendrick Lamar ended up liking the tweet, marking the first time he has liked a tweet since December 2019.

On that note, Lamar joins Drake as far as interacting with the rapper’s posts on the socials. Drake also commented on Jack’s bars from years ago, saying “Hardddddddd” in an Instagram comment.

“What the hell,” Jack reacted about Kendrick liking his tweet. “So this is what it takes for the great ones to recognize my work?”

Fans have been reacting to Lamar liking the tweet, predicting an upcoming collaboration between him and the Kenturky native.
