Ex-officer Derek Chauvin is arrested for the George Floyd killing and charged with murder

An attorney by the name of Mike Freeman recently said that Derek Chauvin has been charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter.

Chauvin has been arrested for the killing of George Floyd and is still in police custody.

It was also announced that Chauvin was taken into custody by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. The public does not believe that the custody will last long enough and they also believe that charges could end up finding a way to be dropped.
