Rapper Rick Ross Pays Cash for Amar’e Stoudemire’s $3.5 Million Florida Estate! Miami-born rapper and entrepreneur Rick Ross purchased Former NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire’s estate, located west of Fort Lauderdale in Southwest Ranches. According to People, Rick Ross paid for the house in cash after just four days on the market.

Stoudemire, a Florida born former NBA player who played one season with the Miami Heat, advertized the home for $3.5 million. The deal becomes the fastest closing in the history of the Landmark Ranch Estates section.

“It’s a sprawling estate in a very secluded area,” Ross tells PEOPLE of his new home.

“From the moment I stepped inside, I appreciated the high ceilings and rich detail.”

The big boss also boasts of a 54,000-square-feet mansion in Fayetteville, GA, that he recently lent to the crew filming Eddie Murphy’s anticipated Coming 2 America.  It was also reported that numerous film crew location scouts have reportedly already been in touch with the boss with a host of inquiries about the mansion. Another report revealed that Renzel charged one studio a little under 3 million dollars to film on his property in January.

 The sprawling, gated home boasts 6 bedrooms and 7 baths sitting on just over 2.3 acres. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths on 7,361 square feet of space. Some of its key features include a porte-cochere and nine-car garage, hidden movie theatre, chef’s kitchen, two offices, an indoor bar area with pool table, and yoga room.

The main suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and an expansive closet with a chandelier. The backyard features a resort-style pool and waterfall surrounded by a deck and a summer kitchen with a grill.
