Migos Announce Promising “Culture III” Release Date’! With over 3 years gone by since Migos released their last studio album, Culture II, the group has been holding out on fans for far too long. After an unsuccessful attempt to meet their promised 2020 release, the rap group has finally announced that the third installment in the Culture sequel will arrive around March. In a recent feature about the impending release, Quavo revealed that the album will be coming in less than a month.
Culture II was released in Jan. 2018 and since then each of the rappers has delivered solo albums. The trio has been teasing their third album since then and as the release date fast approaches, more details are emerging. In a video shared by Quavo, he answers some questions about Culture III including when fans can expect it. “It’s coming real soon, less than a month-and-a-half,” Huncho said.
Last year, the rapper told GQ that the Migos feel new and refreshed with this new album. Even as fans were disappointed when it did not come out by the end of the year, the trio is still as ready as ever for some fresh Migos tracks. The rappers released a behind the scenes footage of them recording the album in which Quavo talks about how the process was like during the pandemic and subsequent lockdown.
Despite everything, Migos have maintained that a new album would be arriving in the near future. 2020 was definitely a write-off thanks to the pandemic and any chances of performing were canceled so it did not come as surprise that we didn’t see Culture III drop last year.
A few weeks ago, Migos unveiled a trailer for their forthcoming project and after the Super Bowl, they made it clear to their fans that they were back in the studio.
