Lil Baby Set To Open His New Restaurant In Atlanta! Lil Baby is one of the industry’s hottest rappers right now but it looks like he’s not stopping at that. The 26-year-old rap artist has cemented his name as one of the heavy hitters of the industry. Following an unstoppable music run over the last few years, he’s now stepping foot into the restaurant industry by launching his own restaurant. He’s exploring another career as a restaurateur perhaps as a way of diversifying his investments.

According to a recent Zoom call with XXL, the rapper confirmed his plans of opening a restaurant in his native Atlanta earlier this month. The publication confirmed that the new venture will have a lounge-esque vibe and it will be located dead-center in Atlanta.

“Actually, I have a new restaurant and I’ma open it in Atlanta,” said the rapper. “It was supposed to be open by January, but we had to finish the stages, so maybe, February, March.”

The restaurant’s menu will range from Southern comfort dishes. “You know, lamb chops, lobster tails, rice, stuff like that,” Lil Baby said. “A little music, alcohol. Stuff like that.”

It’s not clear what name Lil Baby will give the new restaurant just yet, but it will definitely be as packed as coronavirus regulations allow. Lil Baby is sure of receiving support far and wide from friends, fans, his city residents as well as tourists.

The rapper joins the likes of 2 Chainz who is also a restaurateur.  Chainz actually has two restaurants; one is in Atlanta while the other is in Georgia.

In the coming months, Lil Baby has a lot to look forward to. He is set to star in his first Super Bowl halftime commercial with Rockstar Energy Drink in February. On March 14, it will be known if the rapper will be taking home any of the 2021 Grammy Awards. The rapper was nominated for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for “The Bigger Picture.”
