Kanye West has taken legal action ad sued the Ohio election chief just this week on Wednesday. He took the action if suing him as he wanted to be placed on the November presidential ballot. The secretary of state deemed him as unqualified as an independent candidate.

The rapper’s 15k signatures and paper work was rejected by Frank LaRose who is the Republican Secretary of State. The signatures and paperwork was rejected because it was cited for mismatched information on the signature-gathering documents.

West’s attorneys argued that LaRose has to accept any petition of an independent candidate as long as there is no Ohio law against i and there is no protest filed against the petition. Kanye fell short in submitting to a number of state and he is now being excluded from the ballots of these states. the states include; Ohio, Illinois, California, Florida and more.

Kanye West has now luckily successfully made it on a number of ballots in various states which include: Arkansas, Vermont Utah and others. The rappers full status in the presidential run is still unknown, Many have come out to criticize him for running for president.
