New Music Releases: Alchemist, Hit-Boy, Dave, Mac Miller and More Drop Fresh Tracks

Last week brought a wave of major releases across hip-hop, R&B, and UK rap. Top producers and artists delivered projects and singles that are already turning heads. Highlights include new albums from The Alchemist and Hit-Boy, Leon Thomas, Daniel Caesar, Dave, BNYX, and a 10th anniversary edition of Mac Miller’s GO:OD AM with three unreleased tracks.

The Alchemist and Hit-Boy teamed up for Goldfish, a collaborative album featuring Conway The Machine, Havoc, Boldy James, Jay Worthy, and Big Hit. The project blends signature boom-bap production with modern trap influences, showcasing each rapper’s lyrical precision.

Mac Miller’s GO:OD AM returns in a 10th anniversary edition. This re-release includes three previously unreleased songs and highlights Mac’s evolution as a rapper and producer. Vinny Radio features on one of the new tracks, adding a fresh layer to the classic album.

UK rap star Dave dropped The Boy Who Played the Harp, featuring Tems, James Blake, Kano, Jim Legxacy, and Nicole Blakk. The project continues Dave’s streak of introspective storytelling with layered production and genre-blending collaborations.

BNYX released the EP Loading…, featuring Earl Sweatshirt, Yeat, Johnny Yukon, Uhmeer, Jahvor, and Zukenee. The project mixes experimental beats with punchy verses, emphasizing BNYX’s rising status in the music industry.

R&B saw new entries from Leon Thomas (Pholks EP) and Daniel Caesar (Son of Spergy). Leon Thomas collaborated with 4Batz on smooth, melodic tracks, while Daniel Caesar brought in Sampha, Bon Iver, Yebba, Blood Orange, 646yf4t, and Norwill Simmonds, delivering soulful, layered compositions.

Singles also made an impact last week. Megan Thee Stallion kicked off her “Lover Girl” era with a new single produced by JacobDior. Tee Grizzley teamed with Rod Wave on “Voicemail,” blending melodic hooks with hard-hitting bars. G Herbo continued his 2025 hot streak with two releases: “All On Me” featuring Lil Baby and “Feet On Land” with Moneybagg Yo. Polo G returned with “Quality Over Quantity,” produced by 1204, Hermes, David Elijaa, and Jahk. Monte Booker also dropped noise ( meaning ), featuring Smino, Ravyn Lenae, Reggie, Mereba, Young Pink, VITA, and Planet Giza.
