A$AP Rocky, Playboi Carti, and Peso Pluma to Headline Rolling Loud California 2025
Rolling Loud California is set to return in March 2025 with a revamped format and an electrifying lineup. For the first time, the festival has condensed its usual three-day schedule to two days, aiming to make the event “more affordable for our fans,” according to founders Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif.
Taking place on March 15 and 16 near SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, this year’s headliners include A$AP Rocky, Playboi Carti, and Peso Pluma—marking the latter’s debut at the iconic hip-hop festival.
An All-Star Lineup
In addition to the headliners, the festival boasts an impressive roster of performers, including Lefty Gunplay, 310Babii, YG, Sexyy Red, Ken Carson, BossMan Dlow, Quavo, Larry June, Ab-Soul, DDG, and Dom Kennedy. One surprising addition is LiAngelo Ball, whose viral track “Tweaker” has garnered significant attention.
Passes for the two-day event go on sale this Friday, January 10, at 12 PM PT, and fans are encouraged to act fast to secure their spot at one of hip-hop’s most celebrated festivals.
Anticipation for New Music
Both A$AP Rocky and Playboi Carti are expected to bring fresh material to the Rolling Loud stage. Last month at Rolling Loud Miami, Carti debuted tracks from his upcoming album I Am Music, featuring collaborations with The Weeknd and Metro Boomin. Fans are optimistic that the full project will be released by March.
A$AP Rocky, however, has been keeping fans in suspense regarding his long-awaited album, Don’t Be Dumb. Initially set for release in August 2024, the project has faced multiple delays. When recently pressed by fans about a release date, Rocky gave little clarity, responding with a vague, “ASAP.”
Despite the delays, Don’t Be Dumb is highly anticipated as the follow-up to his 2018 album Testing, marking Rocky’s first full-length project in seven years. Speaking to Complex last year, Rocky blamed leaks for the delays, stating, “Every time, we have to go back to the drawing board.”
A New Chapter for Rolling Loud
The decision to trim the festival to two days reflects Rolling Loud’s ongoing efforts to enhance the fan experience while maintaining its reputation as the premier platform for hip-hop culture. With a lineup that blends chart-topping headliners, viral sensations, and underground stars, Rolling Loud California 2025 promises to deliver an unforgettable weekend for hip-hop enthusiasts.
Get ready for two days of explosive performances, unforgettable moments, and perhaps some long-awaited new music. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the action this March in Los Angeles!
