Nicki Minaj Sparks Fresh Controversy With Fiery Online Rant Against TDE’s Punch and SZA

Nicki Minaj has never been one to hold back—and this week, she once again proved that speaking her mind is still very much part of her brand. The chart-topping rapper set social media ablaze on Tuesday after launching a fiery series of posts aimed at Top Dawg Entertainment president Terrence “Punch” Henderson, accusing him of online harassment and retaliatory behavior, and even dragging R&B star SZA into the fray.

The drama kicked off on X (formerly Twitter), where Nicki alleged that Punch had repeatedly bullied her on the platform for no clear reason. “Lol. Yall remember that man from tde who kept bullying me on Twitter for no reason? We have the receipts,” she posted, as captured by DJ Akademiks. “Lol. I never even responded to him. What was his name again, yall? Ima call him ‘Minus 30 million’ from now on. #JusticeForDemoree.”

Nicki continued her rant by sharing a photo of Punch and making even more inflammatory claims. “Me after I suck some good zik,” she wrote in the caption, before taking a sharp turn: “Guarantee you wouldn’t fight a man. We have every tweet of your incessant bullying, lying, & more. Your name was added to that sht list shtty drawers. Same thing that make you laugh make you…sh*t.”

She didn’t stop there. In a follow-up post, Nicki accused Punch of launching a smear campaign against her after she allegedly turned down multiple business proposals from him. “So glad I have proof of being bullied by AND being lied on by a man PUBLICLY, on a platform I use for my JOB; after I rejected his business proposition on more than one occasion,” she wrote. “He failed to disclose to the public that I had rejected his business propositions—and thereby acted in what appears to be retaliation purposely used to cause financial damages & to engage in a smear campaign against the brand.”

SZA, one of TDE’s most successful artists, also found herself in Nicki’s crosshairs. Without warning, Nicki unleashed a brutal diss, saying the singer sounds like a “dead dog” and “like she got stung by a f*cking bee.” The remark drew immediate reactions online, with fans both defending and condemning the unexpected jab.

This isn’t the first time Nicki has clashed with major industry figures in recent weeks. Earlier this month, she called out Jay-Z and Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez, blaming them for what she described as the decline of hip-hop. “They ruined hip-hop,” she declared in a now-deleted tweet that nonetheless went viral.

Minaj’s recent string of online outbursts has sparked heated debate among fans and industry insiders. Some applaud her transparency and fearlessness, while others question the long-term impact of airing personal and professional grievances so publicly. As of now, neither Punch nor SZA has officially responded to the accusations.

Whether this feud escalates or fades, one thing is clear: Nicki Minaj continues to dominate conversations across the music world—and she’s doing it entirely on her own terms.
