Pusha T Continues to Fire Shots at Travis Scott, Rekindles Longstanding Beef

Pusha T is not backing down anytime soon in his ongoing feud with Houston rapper Travis Scott. In a recent candid interview with Ebro on Apple Music, the Clipse member dug deeper into the origins of their beef, revealing how tensions ignited when Scott interrupted a recording session with legendary producer Pharrell Williams in Paris.

Pusha T expressed his frustration bluntly, saying, “I just thought it was disrespectful. We don’t even want you here to be honest. We’re not here to hobnob with any rappers and I personally don’t like rappers who don’t rap. I don’t wanna hear that. I don’t want it.”

He recalled the incident with Scott, emphasizing the disruptive nature of the visit: “So to come and interrupt the session and do something backhanded and not for nothing but I done had to put my arm around you before but to go along with the title – so be it – he does this numerous times. He’ll do it with his mentor, Ye.”

The clash isn’t just personal—it touches on deeper issues around authenticity and respect within hip-hop. Pusha T went further, accusing Scott of meddling in conflicts he shouldn’t be involved in. “He was even instrumental in the whole beef now. The ‘Like That’ verse, egging that on. I don’t want nobody who don’t rap to egg nothing on. You don’t rap, stay out of rappers’ business. You specifically, stay out of rappers’ business. Don’t do that.”

In an additional interview with GQ, Pusha T doubled down on his harsh critique of Travis Scott’s behavior and loyalty, calling out the rapper for manipulating others and betraying his own circle. “I personally have been removed from that crew and those people for a minute. So, that’s where my issue comes in—like, dawg, don’t even come over here with that, because at the end of the day, I don’t play how y’all play. To me, that really was just like…he’s a whore. He’s a whore,” Pusha T declared without holding back.

He also took aim at Scott’s relationship with Kanye West (Ye), highlighting what he perceives as a lack of loyalty. “I’ve already dealt with the lack of loyalty [to his] mentor, the guy he looks up to. I’ve been dealing with the corny shit that goes along with them. So it’s like, I’m in a whole ‘nother place. Don’t bring that over to bring that over to my house.”

Pusha T made it clear that despite the drama, he remains focused on his craft: “I just wanted you to have that true context, man…and honestly, Frazier, you got to realize I’ve really been in Paris. I’ve really been making my joints. I’ve really been doing my shit.”

As of now, Travis Scott has not publicly responded to Pusha T’s latest comments, leaving fans and industry insiders watching closely to see if the Houston star will address the escalating tension.

With both artists showing no signs of cooling off, this feud could continue to shape conversations in hip-hop for weeks to come.
