Kanye West Drops Three New Songs From ‘Bully’ Exclusively on Tidal

Kanye West has officially released three tracks from his upcoming album Bully, with the songs currently available exclusively on the streaming platform Tidal. The tracks—“Preacher Man,” “Beauty and the Beast,” and “Damn”—were previously featured on the Bully visual album, which debuted earlier this year.
This release marks the beginning of a unique rollout strategy for Bully, which West has described as involving A.I. vocals and an unconventional distribution plan. Kanye, who once held equity in Tidal, is using the platform to debut his new material ahead of a wider release.
In communication with fan account YeFanatics, Kanye shared his plans:
“Releasing 5 of the songs 2nt. Will release another 5 2mrw. And then more the next day. Still working on the album. Share this message.”
While Bully originally premiered as a visual album, West has recently gone back to work on the project, revising and adding new elements. He had previously promised a full album drop on June 15, but that date passed without a full release, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the complete version.
The Bully project itself has generated controversy, particularly following West’s recent statements and imagery linked to antisemitism. This context has complicated the album’s distribution, with West’s follow-up album Cuck also facing challenges.
Cuck was leaked online last month after being uploaded to Discord by hackers. The leaked album quickly circulated on platforms like YouTube before being taken down, reportedly due to copyright strikes. The group behind the leak claimed their actions were a response to West’s antisemitic remarks, stating:
“Fuck Nazis. 50-year-old loser promoting fascism and hate speech. All proceeds from this groupbuy were donated to the US Holocaust Memorial Museum.”
West responded to the leak on social media, writing:
“Somebody got a drive and threw it on YouTube and said this is CUCK. What I love about getting blocked on DSPs and having songs leaked and shows cancelled is… It proves everything I’m saying and why I’m saying.”
The controversy surrounding these projects has only deepened with West’s release of the single “Heil Hitler,” which was removed from streaming platforms within 24 hours due to its provocative content. The album Cuck notably features Ku Klux Klan members on its cover art, further fueling debates around the artist’s recent work.
As Kanye continues to push boundaries with his music and public statements, the release of Bully remains shrouded in both anticipation and controversy. Fans can currently stream the three new tracks exclusively on Tidal, while the full album’s official release date remains uncertain.
