50 Cent and Busta Rhymes Roast Each Other Over Haircuts on Instagram
50 Cent and Busta Rhymes have been engaged in a hilarious back-and-forth on Instagram, clashing over their questionable hair decisions in the past. It all started when 50 Cent called out Busta Rhymes for what appeared to be a painted-on hairstyle, a jab that sent social media into overdrive.
The comedic roast kicked off when 50 shared a clip of Busta, highlighting the rapper’s unflattering hairline. The “In Da Club” rapper wrote: “Nah why crazy shit be happening and [ninja emoji]’s don’t say nothing. I think @fatjoe, Khaled and Tyson need to intervene here. Lol WTF.” In the video, 50 can be heard laughing and questioning, “How this n-gga Busta paint his whole hair on? How the fuck you let him go outside looking like that, Joe? What the fuck is going on here, man?”
Busta Rhymes didn’t let the jab slide. He quickly fired back, sharing a picture of 50 from a movie premiere, showcasing his textured waves. Busta captioned it: “WHEN YOU GOT THIS TYPE A CRAZY SHIT GOIN AND NOBODY IS SAYING NOTHING?? WHAT TYPE ADVISORS YOU LISTENING TO BRUH??? WHAT THE FUCK IN A 100 JARS OF TCB GEL TYPE SHIT IS THIS MY NIGGA?? @50cent C’MON MAN!! BY THE WAY FIF, THIS SHIT LOOK LIKE YA JERRY CURL STINK TOO BRUDDAH!!”
50 Cent’s response was just as sharp, saying, “I got a leather jacket, this n-gga Busta got a leather lineup.”
The playful trolling continued when 50 posted a picture of Busta with TV producer Mona Scott-Young, writing: “Mona is thinking oh my God he painted his head. LOL hahahaha I’m done with you [ninja emoji]’s.”
Not to be outdone, Busta Rhymes had the final word by sharing a picture of 50 from his movie All Things Fall Apart, where 50 had shaved his head and lost significant weight. Busta quipped: “THE BLESSINGS DON’T STOP SO WE AIN’T NEVER GONNA STOP!! DAMN @50cent YOU WAS MY #1 CUSTI WHEN I USED TO SELL CRACK HOMIE. [crying laughing emoji] DAMN YOUR HAIR LINE BEEN FUCKED UP SINCE THEN BRUH!!”
Despite the playful and scathing insults, the two have a close friendship. They’ve recently been touring together on The Final Lap tour, celebrating the 20th anniversary of 50 Cent’s iconic Get Rich or Die Tryin’ album. Fans can rest assured that the banter between 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes is all in good fun, proof that their camaraderie continues to thrive both on and off the stage.
