Snoop Dogg Announces Release Date For His New Album! The past decade of Snoop Dogg’s illustrious career, has seen the Carlifonia native expand further into the world of wine and cannabis, land a few high-profile roles in both film and TV, and of course, become a grandfather, all while releasing new music consistently. Since 2011, the Long Beach rapper has delivered 7 albums to date which have shown great insights into his creativity with projects focusing on reggae, funk, and gospel music.
Following the release of last Friday’s “Roaches In My Ashtray,” Snoop Dogg has now announced an official date for the release of From The Streets 2 Tha Suites. Going by the title of his new single, it would only be prudent that his new album would be released on April 20th. The rapper revealed the date with official cover art for the project which includes the skyline of Los Angeles and four blue shoes including a Chuck Taylor sneaker.
Taking to twitter, the rap legend shared the big announcement revealing that his forthcoming album, From The Streets 2 Tha Suites will be dropping on 20th April. ” Brand New Album 4/20 “From Tha Streets 2 Tha Suites” the rapper announced by sharing the cover artwork for for the project.

Snoop Dogg’s new project will serve as the follow-up to his 2019 I Wanna Thank Me which borrowed its title from his speech at the Hollywood Walk Of Fame induction. The rapper has found himself back into a solid groove if his latest releases are anything to go by. The releases not only highlight his skill but also affirm his self-awareness to his position as an OG.
