Pusha T Issues Update On Upcoming Album! Pusha T is dropping his new album soon, are you ready? Updates about his forthcoming album, the follow up to his 2018 G.O.O.D. Music release, DAYTONA. For the past 3 years, fans have been nagging the rapper for a new record and after learning that Kanye West and Pharrell Williams will be splitting production credits, Pusha T took to Instagram Live moments ago to announce that the album will be dropping sometime this year.
“Yeah, I’m working on an album right now,” Pusha told a host during the virtual chat. The rapper revealed that he is yet to choose a title, but he gave an update and revealed there are “probably 12” songs on the project. When asked about how many tracks are laying in the studio before he begins deciding on what will make the album, the rapper had the following to say;
“I usually don’t do a lot of extras. I feel like I have some extras right now but I’m gonna keep 12,” He added. The rapper confirmed, that the album is pretty much complete but he still has a few loose ends he still needs to tie up. “I gotta go sit in with Ye for a little bit, but other than that, it’s just these twelve. That’s what it’s gonna be.”
When asked about what fans should expect, the rapper responded without much hesitation, “Oh, Imma have the best album when it drops in 2021. For sure.” Check out the video below and sound off if you’re excited about this release.
