Cardi B Delivers New Music Video For “UP” Cardi B has released her first single this year, “UP” after teasing it earlier this week. Cardi B’s  latest track, and its accompanying music video, is nothing short of perfect. Directed by Ukranian Tanu Muino, the video sees the rapper laying 2020 to rest, with an intro scene next to a gravestone that reads ‘RIP 2020’.

In a live chat ahead of the video’s release, Cardi  B described the song as “more gangsta, more cocky” than her most recent work.

With a spectacular booty-bouncing music video that features more sets and costume changes, Cardi B has just set the tone for 2021..

Tongue kissing, twerking and exciting looks take over for the duration of the video, keeping Cardi enthusiasts enchanted as she raps: “Bardi’s back, and all you bitches f – – ked.”

Stans of the song and its accompanying sights flooded Twitter to give the Grammy Award-winning rapper her flowers. 

“YOU REALLY MANAGED TO PUT ALL OF THIS IN 2:50 ??? YOU’RE IMPECCABLE,” one tweeter user wrote to Cardi B in all capital letters.

 

“Nah cuz how she got up there. this new era of cardi is leaving no crumbs,” another hip-hop aficionado said of the lady emcee’s latest feast for the eyes.

Giving fans more reason to praise her for, Cardi is set to star in an Uber Eats commercial  alongside Mike Myers and Dana Carvey as they reprise their “Wayne’s World” characters  slated to debut during Super Bowl 2021 this Sunday. 

The rapper took to social media early Friday, thanking her production team, as well as husband Offset, for supporting her in the making of the “Up” music video.
