Iggy Azalea Shades Playboi Carti! Well, there’s no denying the fact that Iggy Azalea has had her fair share of rough moments in her past relationships. Even the artist agrees to this fact. Her private life has been the subject of major blogs, social media and gossip magazines alike even as the public’s vested interests in the Aussie rapper’s love life continue to grow.
The latest news of the artist’s love life was when she took to twitter to accuse Playboi Carti (with whom she had her first baby) of cheating. Iggy alleged that Carti cheated on her while she was 5 months pregnant, among other things. She had earlier posted a series of tweets alleging Playboi Carti was spending time with another woman during Christmas instead of spending time with their son. News of their dramatic break-up made headlines and left many tongues talking.
“Too bad you got an album out but can’t even come to Christmas with your own son,” Iggy tweeted. “Imagine not flying out your family on Christmas but you have the girl you cheated on [me] my entire pregnancy at your album party and magically me and my son can’t come for Christmas any more? TRASH.”
As the rapper reflects on her pas and all of the romantic turmoil in her life, Iggy has resolved to be honest with herself about what she can do to achieve a better life this New Year. The rapper has now come to new realizations admitting that she could be better at screening her potential lovers.
“Okay but I’m gonna have the biggest glow up of 2021,” said the rapper on Twitter. “That’s happening.” When one of her fans asked how much prettier she could possibly get, Iggy made the record straight saying she wasn’t necessarily talking about her looks. “I could be healthier, I could be happier, I could focus more on my business, I could pick better men, I could try new things creatively, I could develop new skills,” she said. “To me a glow up is not just about ‘pretty’.”
Most of her followers have taken her recent “I could pick better men” on twitter admission to be subtle shade for Playboi Carti, A$AP Rocky, Nick Young, French Montana, and anybody else that she’s been linked to as far as matters of the heart are concerned.
