Lil Wayne Purchases An Out-Of-This-World Mansion In California’s Hidden Hills, Costs Him An Arm And A leg! California’s Hidden Hills continues to attract hip-hop’s first rate artists, with Lil Wayne being the latest rapper to set up shop in the high-profile celebrity and most coveted neighborhood. According to a report by TMZ, the “A Milli” rapper has leveled up with a 12,135-square-foot modern mansion which is just a stone’s throw away from Kylie’s home.
The out-of-this-world mansion in California’s Hidden Hills cost the Young Money head honcho a whopping $15.4 Million. Granted, Kylie Jenner who owns at least three different homes in the area, has just bagged herself a brand-new neighbor in the form of rapper Lil Wayne.
Lil Wayne’s not-so-humble new mansion which was reportedly originally listed for $15.75 million boasts seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a wet bar, a chef’s kitchen, a breakfast room, gym, a refrigerated wine display, and a home theater.
Outside, Lil Wayne will have the luxury to bask in the Californian sunshine by his luxurious pool which sits across from the home’s one-bedroom guest house. Sitting on 3.26 acres, the outside also features a basketball court and multiple patios.
The home will now serve as the “Lollipop” hit maker’s first West Coast real estate purchase. Lil Wayne also owns a 10,632-square-foot mansion on Allison Island off the coast of Miami Beach, which he acquired in 2018 for a whopping $16.75 million.
Situated roughly 30 miles outside of Los Angeles, the exclusive gated community boasts a number of notable hip-hop artists who own longtime residences, namely; Kanye West, French Montana, Drake and the Weeknd.

Lil Wayne who has been in the rap game for over 25 years now, is still seemingly working as hard as ever. Last month, the rapper revealed that a new Young Money compilation album is on the way. This comes after news that he will be dropping his I Am Not a Human Being 3 project this year in addition to a confirmation that a joint album with Nicki Minaj will be happening at some point. Tune has also hinted at doing another joint tour with Drake.
