Beverly Hills Hotel Worker Suing DaBaby For Causing Him Nerve Damage. Rapper DaBaby is now being sued by a Beverly Hills Hotel employee who previously had an altercation with the rapper. The employee now states that he is a victim of assault, battery and infection of emotional distress and more, he now also needs a back surgery as the rapper has caused him to have nerve damage after the rapper got physical with him.

DaBaby is now facing a lawsuit after he was seen shoving a hotel worker months ago. The worker is Christopher Pocasangre who is a male individual who works at the Marriott in Beverly Hills. The hotel workers lawyer, Anthony Werbin shared details of the injuries that he has suffered.

The worker had an altercation with the “Suge” rapper, Baby had clearly stated that he did not ant any pictures taken of him, then the hotel worker went ahead and still took the picture. It seems that the rapper saw Pocasangre take the picture and he decided to confront him. It seems that DaBaby resulted in getting physical and might have injured him.

Pocasangre’s lawyers shares that the worker has been experiencing pains ever since the incident and he needs to get spinal injections on a regular. It is also shared that he is emotionally traumatized and embarrassed as he is teased for not defending himself against the rapper.

A video of the altercation between Dababy and the hotel worker had surfaced a few months ago and it shows the rapper pushing the worker towards a chair. Many fans have shared that the shoving was not extreme to cause the injuries that the worker is claiming to have suffered. the rapper is now still set to respond to the lawsuit and share his account on the incident.
