Migos Rapper Takeoff Accused Of S*xual Assault And Rape. Another rapper has now gotten themselves in hot water. A new lawsuit has come forward accusing Migos rapper Takeoff of sexual assault and rape.
Takeoff, the rapper from hip hop group Migos has now been accused of rape and sexual assault. An anonymous woman has filed a civil lawsuit against the rapper on Wednesday morning the 5th of August at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
The female victims lawsuit alleges that Takeoff pursued and raped her at a party in Los Angels in Jun this year. The claims in the lawsuit include sexual batter, assault, false imprisonment, gender violence and interference with civil rights.
The victim stated that she was invited to a party by Migos’ associate DJ, Daryl McPherson. At the part she notices that the 26 year old Migos rapper had been staring at her. Takeoff then further offered her marijuana to try make her comfortable. The anonymous victim stated that she did not want an intimate relationship with Takeoff.
Later on the evening of the rape, DJ Daryl offered to take her to his room. Takeoff then ended up among them and followed her to the bedroom. The ‘Last Memory’ rapper forced her and raped her after she refused. The woman then went to hospital where the staff observed that there was physical evidence of forceful rape.
Criminal charges have not yet been taken against Takeoff, his representatives have not yet responded to the lawsuit. Takeoff will not be the first member of Migos to end up being charged for an offense. Reports will soon surface on the case and if whether Takeoff will be arrested.
