Cardi B Praises Nicki Minaj For Dominating As A Female Rapper. It is always good to see fellow rappers pay props to one another and acknowledging one another’s successes. Cardi B has recently praised Nicki Minaj for dominating the music industry for a long time as a female rapper.

Cardi B was taped praising Nicki Minaj in her Apple Music interview. She gave an indirect shout out to the fellow female rapper. Even though she did not mention Nicki by name but she referenced her and the public concluded that she was talking about Nicki.

Cardi said “When I was younger….. when I was eight, there was a lot of different female rappers. And then there was a time that there was no female rappers at all. I have to keep replaying songs fro the early 2000s…..Then there was one female rapper that dominated for a very long time. And she did pretty good. She is still dominating”. He statement had been referring to the “Pink Friday” rapper as the dominating female rapper.

Although Cardi and Nicki have had a clash and a feud. Stemming from the incident where the other got hit in the head with a shoe at a party in 2018. The ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper is still able to pay props to Nicki and classify her as female rapper that is doing a good job and acknowledging the fact that she is dominating.

This may be a step to the right direction of women supporting women especially in the rap music industry. The feud between the two rappers is something of the past now. Cardi being able to compliment shows that there is now hard feelings between them.
