Police shutdown 2Chainz’s restaurant for violating covid rules

Apparently Georgia State police drove by Escobar & Tapas Restaurant and “noticed that the location was rather loud, busy, and occupied to be operating as a restaurant at that time of night.”

As much as the state of Georgia may be open, the COVID19 guidelines still apply.

In October 2016, he opened a line of hoodies called CEO Millionaires or Create Every Opportunity Millionaires. He also has his own line of sweaters called “Dabbing Sweaters.”

On May 10, 2019, the Atlanta Hawks announced that 2 Chainz had acquired a minority ownership stake in the team’s NBA G League affiliate, the College Park Skyhawks.

And now his restaurant business is in trouble.

According to a police report obtained by @TMZ_tv, Georgia State police drove by Escobar & Tapas Restaurant and “noticed that the location was rather loud, busy, and occupied to be operating as a restaurant at that time of night.”

Apparently Escobar & Tapas Restaurant was so lit that the restaurant’s official Instagram account highlighted the festivities. People were not practicing social distancing, they were smoking hookah, and ultimately acting like the viral pandemic had just disappeared.
