Freddie Gibbs and The Alchemist have reunited for their second collaborative project, Alfredo. The 10-track album serves as a follow-up to 2018’s Fetti, their joint tape with Curren$y.
The video was directed by Nick Walker, it shows Gibbs and Alchemist both dressed in suits á la Vincent Vega and Jules Winnifield from Pulp Fictio in the middle of nowhere under several transmission towers. As the visual begins, Gibbs and Alchemist approach each other from opposite sides and the shake hands.
Alchemist whispers something to Gibbs who nods and says, “Yep, once you dip, you don’t trip. Ain’t no coming back from a dip.” From there, Gibbs presents two options for burying a body, “down there” or “over there” and promises to be “burning niggas’ assholes off all year round.”
