R Kelly Allegedly Attacked By A Fellow Inmate At Metropolitan Correctional Center. It seems that music artist R Kelly is not having it easy while being held by authorities. The singer has been allegedly attacked by a fellow inmate inside the correctional center he is being held at.

R Kelly has been reported to have been attacked by an inmate inside the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago. The attack had happened due to protesters outside causing the jail to be on lockdown. The protesters had been the singers rowdy fans outside the jail who have led to visitors being banned.

The 53 year old singer had been sitting on his bed in his jail cell and then an inmate had decided to assault and attack him. The singers legal team has reported on this attack case and have requested for action to be taken due to the incident,

The attacker had been angry about the prison governor stopping visits, due to the fact that r Kelly’s fans had been causing disruptions outside the center. The attacker is against that everyone is getting penalized because of R Kelly.

The “Storm Is Over”singer’s lawyer has has shared that Kelly has been now moved to solitary confinement, so that he can be safe and protected. His legal team has now also requested for the singer to be released. After the attack Kelly has not suffered any injuries and the attack was rather short.
