Takeoff Responds To The Rape Accusation. Takeoff has just had a lawsuit against him accusing him of rape and sexual assault, the rapper has now come forward and responded to the accusation.

Takeoff has released a statement denying the allegations against him. The Migos rapper has also stated that he will be taking legal action against the woman who had accused him of rape and sexual assault. Drew Finding who is the rappers lawyer issued the statement stating that what his client has been accuse for is false.

The statement by Takeoff and his lawyer reads as follows; “We have reviewed the allegations and have similarly done our own diligence. What has become abundantly clear is that the allegations made against Takeoff are patently and provably false. As his counsel, we are well aware and well versed on the importance of civil and criminal prosecution of true sexual assaults. This is not one of those situations”.

The anonymous female victim who has filed a civil lawsuit is still not known to the public as she has protected her identity, she was referred to as ‘Jane Doe’. The woman claims to have been allegedly raped and assaulted by Takeoff on the 22nd of June 2020 at a party in Los Angeles.

Since the 26 year old rapper has denied all claims and has decided to take legal action on these false claims about him. More reports are to unravel about the incident and the cases between him and the anonymous woman.
