Jeezy Celebrates 20 Years of TM:101 With Las Vegas Residency and New Mixtape

Jeezy is celebrating 20 years since the release of his debut album, Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101, with a series of special events and projects. To mark the milestone, he announced a Las Vegas residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino later in 2025, expanding his live orchestra tour for the anniversary.

The residency will feature four shows at PH Live. On October 31 and November 1, Jeezy will perform “TM:101 Live – The Masquerade,” while December 19 and 21 will showcase “TM:101 Live – The Nutcracker.” All shows will be led by a 101-piece orchestra directed by composer Derrick Hodge, accompanied by Jeezy himself and live DJ sets from DJ Drama and DJ Ace.

In addition to the residency, Jeezy and DJ Drama are releasing a new mixtape, the latest installment in the Gangsta Grillz series titled Still Snowin’. It will drop on Jeezy’s 48th birthday, September 28. Jeezy described the project as a celebration of two decades of TM:101 and said he feels a renewed creative energy.

Presale tickets for the Vegas shows went live on September 17, with general sales opening on September 19. Fans can expect an elaborate production combining orchestral arrangements and live DJ performances.

This year, Jeezy has also reflected on his career moments. He recalled being cut from the Beyoncé collaboration “Drunk In Love” despite his contributions, noting how Jay-Z decided against including him.

The Vegas residency and mixtape signal a high point in Jeezy’s career, offering fans both nostalgia and fresh content. If the shows match the success of the TM:101 live tour, Jeezy could solidify his influence and creative freedom in the industry.
