Gunna Faces Virginia Beach Show Controversy During Wun World Tour

Gunna’s Wun World Tour has largely run smoothly, but his recent Virginia Beach stop raised concerns. The Georgia rapper was scheduled to perform at The Dome on November 29, yet fans reported he did not appear for at least an hour.

When Gunna finally took the stage, he performed for roughly 30-45 minutes before leaving without any acknowledgment. One concertgoer told 13News Now, “He showed up an hour late, performed for 45 minutes and walked off. No ‘thank you,’ ‘goodbye,’ nothing. We were all just waiting thinking it was an intermission … it wasn’t.”

Attempts to get clarification from The Dome regarding the late arrival, abbreviated performance, or possible refunds have not yielded any response. Gunna and his team have also not provided any official explanation.

Fan reactions were mixed. Some expressed frustration over the shortened set, while others voiced concern for Gunna’s wellbeing. One fan wrote, “I hope Gunna ok I just heard about what happened at the Virginia Beach show. I don’t think he would’ve just did something like that if it wasn’t a real reason.”

Despite the Virginia Beach incident, Gunna’s tour remains scheduled as planned. He took a short break after the show and performed in Charlotte, North Carolina on November 30. He is set to return to the stage on December 4 in Miami.

The Wun World Tour will continue through July 3, 2026, concluding in Portugal. Gunna is also set to co-headline Rolling Loud Australia in March alongside Ken Carson and Sexyy Red. Fans and attendees are now watching closely to see how future stops will unfold, but the rest of the tour remains on track for now.
