Playboi Carti Announces Antagonist 2.0 Tour With Opium Collective
Playboi Carti fans have been waiting years for him to return to the road as a headliner. While he has been visible on The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn tour, Carti’s own full-scale run has been missing since 2021. That dry spell looked like it would end with the Antagonist tour in 2023, but delays and a legal battle involving his Opium signees Homixide Gang forced a cancelation in March 2024. Now, Carti has confirmed that the drought is ending with the launch of the Antagonist 2.0 tour.
This time, the Atlanta star is bringing his entire Opium roster along. Destroy Lonely, Ken Carson, Homixide Gang, and ApolloRed1 will all join the tour. It will be the first time the collective has hit the road together, making the run a milestone moment for the label.
The tour includes 28 arena dates, all in the United States. It will open on October 3 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and wrap up on December 1 with a homecoming performance in Atlanta. Fans can secure tickets beginning Tuesday, August 26 at 10 a.m. local time during the artist presale. General sales begin Friday, August 29 at 10 a.m. local. Live Nation is backing the trek and will offer VIP experiences for fans looking for exclusive access.
