Meek Mill Sued For Allegedly Stealing Lyrics

Meek Mill Sued For Allegedly Stealing Lyrics! The ‘Going Bad’ rapper is facing a lawsuit after stealing lyrics for two songs from Dream Rich Entertainment.

The lawsuit to sue Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill was filed in May. The rappers’ label Dream Chasers and Atlantic Records were in a case of copyright infringement. The Dream Rich label alleges that Meek stole lyrics and titles for songs ‘100 Summers’ and ‘Çold Hearted II’, the two songs had been copyrighted by Dream Rich, and Meek passed the songs as his own.

33 Year old rapper is said to have access to the songwriter’s lyrics and he then recorded them for his Grammy nominated 2018 album “Championships”. Dream Rich has been trying to contact Meek about the song infringement case, but he has not been reachable. The label is demanding a minimum of $75000 for each song.

Recently Meek has been in the middle of another case, where he has been requesting blogger DJ Akademiks to stop posting him on his page. Meek has not been easily accessible to give comments on the two cases.
